Get in touch, and what to tell us
One working day to a reply with a routing sketch and an honest word about scope. Here is what to include so that first reply is worth reading.
How to reach us
We answer enquiries within one working day. If you would rather talk than write, say so and give us a time zone; multi-country routing is easier to discuss on a call than in email.
Where we are
Hanoi, Vietnam
08:00 - 18:00, Mon - Sat (GMT+7)
What to put in a first enquiry
Four things make the difference between a reply that is useful and a reply that asks four questions back.
- Your dates, or the month. Season changes the answer more than anything else in this region.
- How many of you, and roughly what ages. Party size is the largest single factor in the price, and children change the pace.
- Which countries actually matter, and which are optional. This is the one that lets us tell you something useful in the first reply.
- Whether your flights are booked. If you have a fixed return into and out of one city, we need to know before we route anything.
Everything else — hotels, budget, interests — can wait. If you have read a route on this site that looks close, name it and tell us what is wrong with it. That is a much faster conversation than a blank page.
What happens next
- Within one working day: a reply with a routing sketch, a price band, and a straight sentence about whether your days fit the countries you listed.
- Two to four working days after that: a full day-by-day itinerary with named hotels, flight times and a price broken into its parts.
- Then: two rounds of revision, at no charge. Most trips use both.
- To confirm: a 25 per cent deposit. Nothing before you have seen the itinerary.
- 21 days out: final documents, the balance, and a border briefing for every land crossing on your route.
Full detail on how to book.
If you are already travelling
Use the 24-hour number on your travel documents. It reaches a person in the country you are standing in, in that time zone, not a call centre elsewhere. The number changes when you cross a border, which is deliberate.
For anything that is not urgent, email is better and gets a considered answer rather than a fast one.
Things we cannot help with
- Visa applications on your behalf. We send a checklist written for your passport and your exact border crossings, with the official links, and we do not charge a handling fee — but the application is yours to file.
- Long-haul flights into and out of the region. You will beat us on price and it is easier to manage a ticket you hold.
- Travel insurance. We require you to have it and we will not sell it, because selling insurance to our own customer creates a conflict on the day they claim.
- Trips into Myanmar. We do not operate there.
- Fixed group departures. Everything we run is private.
Questions travellers ask most
How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, and usually sooner. If you have not heard from us in two, something has gone wrong with the email and it is worth sending again.
Can I call rather than email?
Yes. Say so in your enquiry with a time zone and a rough window, and we will call you. There is no charge and no obligation.
Do you charge for an itinerary?
No. You get a full day-by-day itinerary with named hotels and a price breakdown before any money changes hands, and two rounds of revision after that.
What if I am not sure what I want yet?
Send the dates and the party size and say so. The first reply is a routing sketch precisely for this case, and it is easier to react to a proposal than to invent one.

Tell us how many days you have and which countries matter
Dates, party size and the places you care about are enough to start. You get a draft route and an indicative price, not a brochure.
